Welcome to Parts Logger! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“Parts Logger” or the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

2- Description of the Service

Parts Logger is a digital tool that allows you to track, organize, and log your purchases, store receipts, and manage warranties from the convenience of your smartphone. The App works for virtually everything you buy — from cars, semi-trucks, heavy machinery, and farm tractors to washing machines, refrigerators, TVs, and laptops.

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to access the App in an unauthorized manner, interfering with the security or performance of the App, reverse engineering any part of the App, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

6- Subscriptions and Payments

Parts Logger may offer free and paid subscription plans. Subscription fees, if any, will be clearly displayed in the App. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers and are subject to the terms of those providers. Subscriptions may renew automatically as described at the time of purchase.

7- Intellectual Property

The Parts Logger App, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Parts Logger and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8- Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Parts Logger is a record-keeping tool only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

9- Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parts Logger, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
